How to apply?

All artists will be selected on the basis of their digital art piece, which should be an interpretation of the link between Orient and Occident. This creation, a unique piece, will be minted on the occasion or will have already been minted (eth or tezos) and still in the possession of the artist.

There are no age, country, nationality or sale criteria; but the art pieces must reflect the theme defined above, as it is intrinsically linked to Arab Bank Switzerland’s history and values.

In total, 10 finalists will be shortlisted by our jury panel, important figures from the business and art domains. The selected profiles and art pieces will be presented to the public online before a final deliberation which will see the laureate of this first edition awarded.

The call for applications is open:

What are the evaluation criteria?

The jury will review submitted art pieces based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the theme: the link between Orient and Occident.
  • Emotional relevance: the aesthetic and/or the concept of the piece generates an emotion.
  • Coherence of the submitted oeuvre with the artistic journey of the artist.
  • Bonus criteria: innovation, the concept or aesthetic of the piece has never been seen before in the NFT landscape.
